Youth Membership
Youth Membership is open to persons with disabilities aged 13 to 17 years. Membership is valid from the year joined till the member turns 18 years old. Youth members do not have voting rights until the conversion to ordinary membership at the age of 18.

Youth Membership Benefits:
DPA invites persons with disabilities to be part of a community that actively works towards building an inclusive society in Singapore. Becoming a member entitles you to:
- Inclusion Ambassador Training programme.
- Volunteering opportunities.
- Contribute to disability-led research and reports such as the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Parallel Report and the Enabling Masterplan.
Please note that Youth members are NOT eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting and Reunion Dinner and elections.
Ordinary Membership
Ordinary Membership is open to all persons with disabilities residing in Singapore who are 18 years of age and above.

- Be part of and vote at the Annual General Meeting and Reunion Dinner and elections.
- Contribute to disability- led research and reports such as the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Parallel Report and the Enabling Masterplan.
DPA members have access to the following discounts and concession schemes:
The DPA membership card entitles the bearer to free admission to Singapore Zoo, River Safari and Jurong Bird Park (for group visits only).
Public Transport Concession Scheme DPA members are eligible for the Disabilities Concession Card Scheme and enjoy the following benefits:
- 25% discount or more off adult fares for all basic bus and train services fares
- No additional fares for distances beyond 7.2km
- Option to purchase a Monthly Concession Pass (MCP) with unlimited rides on basic bus services and trains at $64 per month

Payment of Membership Fees
Ordinary members pay $6.00 for a membership period of three years.
Life Membership
Life membership is open to any persons with disabilities who has made a significant contribution to the movement of people with disabilities either in DPA or in other affiliated organisations.

Associate Membership
DPA welcomes the support of allies to help amplify disabled voices and spread the message of inclusion.
Associate membership is for allies of persons with disabilities, including parents, caregivers, partners of persons with disabilities and advocates for inclusion.

- Be part of and support a vibrant disability-led movement of changemakers.
- Access to selected DPA trainings and outings.
- Access to research findings of DPA, information and other resources.
- Networking opportunities and collaborative efforts to build inclusive communities

- Attend the Annual General Meeting and Reunion Dinner and elections.
Institutional Membership
DPA invites Social Service Agencies, sorganisations, social enterprises and companies who are working with persons with disabilities to collaborate with DPA to help amplify disabled voices and spread the message of inclusion. DPA is currently waiving the membership fee for Institutional membership, so there is no cost to eligible organisations.
